PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE SCRUB
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. ground coffee
- 1-2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 – 1 cup oil (depending on how oily you want your scrub)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients (except for oil); mix well
- Add oil to mixture; mix well
- Apply to body and massage into skin
- Rinse
ALMOND ORANGE SCRUB
Ingredients:
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 orange peel
- 1 cup oil (olive or grapeseed)
Directions:
- Blitz all ingredients together in a blender/food processor
- Apply to body and massage into skin
- Rinse
Ingredients:
2 tbsp papaya
1 tsp almonds
1 tsp oatmeal
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp pineapple juice
1 tsp almonds
1 tsp oatmeal
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp pineapple juice
Directions:
- Grind papaya, almonds and oatmeal in a food processor for 20 seconds or until the ingredients form a paste.
- Mix in honey and pineapple juice to smooth and bind mixture.
- Use scrub to slough off dead skin cells in preparation for the moisturizing sake soack. Do not leave scrub on your body for more than 5 minutes. Tip: Wash off scrub in same sequence it was applied to maximize your time!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup salt

- Transfer to jar or other airtight container.
LEMON POPPY SEED COOKIE SCRUB
Ingredient:
4 Lemons
1 tbs Poppy Seeds
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Cornmeal
½ cup Coconut Oil
Direction:
- If the coconut oil is solid, melt it and cool to room temperature. ”These recipes require the coconut oil to be in liquid form for thorough mixing,” explains Pelletier. “The easiest way to melt coconut oil is in a saucepan, at low heat. Keeping stirring while it is heating until it’s just melted, and take off the heat to cool to room temperature. As oils are heated their healing properties change, so the less heat used, the better.” If you must microwave, heat for 10 seconds at a time until liquefied.
- Zest the lemons, then leave the zest to dry for 1 to 2 hours.
- If you don’t have a zester, carefully remove the lemon peel with a vegetable peeler and then mince the peel with a knife.
- In a bowl, mix poppy seeds, sugar, cornmeal, vanilla, and lemon zest.
- Pour the oil over the ingredients and mix to combine.
- Store in a sealed jar.
