Skin Exfoliator




Exfoliator get rid of  skin to be clean from dead cells and also keep your skin polished. It give your skin healthy glow that make your skin look hydrated. Exfoliate your skin once or twice a time in a week but if you have you have dry skin exfoliate once a week so it doesn't become drier. There are some scrub recipes that will help you to have the best skin. Enjoy having smooth silky skin.


Sugar Scrub
Ingredients: 
2 parts white or brown sugar 
1 part coconut or olive oil 
½ teaspoon of Vitamin E oil or the gel from a Vitamin E capsule 
Directions: 
Mix well and use it

Banana Sugar Scrub
Ingredients: 
1 soft, ripe banana 
2-3 tablespoons of sugar 
Few drops of vanilla extract or essential oil 
Directions: 
Mash the banana and then mix all the ingredients then put it in a jar.




Tomato scrub
Ingredients: 
1 tomato 
½ cup of white sugar 
Directions:
Cut tomato in slice then add sugar and scrub it in your skin


Lemon salt scrub
Ingredients: 
½ cup coarse sea salt 
½ cup of coconut or olive oil 
1-1 ½ teaspoon of lemon or orange zest (or a mix of both) 
Directions: 
Combine all ingredients together.

Grounded paste
Ingredients: 
½ cup of finely ground oatmeal 
½ cup of finely ground almond meal 
Water or rosewater (You can also use witch hazel for oily skin or milk for dry skin. You’ll only add the liquid when you’re going to use the scrub) 
Directions: 
Mix the oatmeal and almond meal then add them in a jar. When you are ready to use it take 1/2 table spoon and add desired amount of liquid then scrub it in your face.

Sea salt scrub
Ingredients:
2 cups sea salt
1 1/3 cups aloe vera baby oil or 1 1/3 cups soya oil
8 vitamin E, capsules
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together.

Peppermint and Rosemarysea salt scrub
Ingredients:
Coarse grain sea salt (2 cups)
Olive Oil (1 cup)
Liquid glycerin soap (1/4 oz.)
Rosemary essential oil (5 drops)
Peppermint essential oil (5 drops)
Directions:
Heat the oil and soap in pot until warm. Then stir in the salt and add the rosemary and peppermint essential oils. Allow to cool before use.

Coffee Scrub
Ingredients:
1 cup of ground coffee
1 Tbsp Kosher salt
1 tspcinnamon 
tad bit of flavoring (pictured is almond but I used vanilla)
1/3 cup of oil of your choice
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together.
