Did you ever ask yourself? why my skin is itchy??! Did you think to search in the internet or asked a doctor?? You might read it is a nothing important and you can solve the problem at home or it might be a series problem that can be solved by the help of dermatologist in the worst cause.

Dryness:
It is the most common reason for having itchy skin; when your skin is dries it lack water which means it  became dehydrated.; the best way to treat dryness by moisturizing your body or the part that is itchy after taking a shower and the best moisturizer ingredients to is coco butter, Shea butter, mineral oils or other things.

From an item:
Sometimes, there are some items that we use, touch, or even the clothes we wear can effect our skin. for example, when we buy a new fabric that we didn't wear can be the reason. There are other some ingredients in the soap, lotion, or other products we use in our body. The solution we can use the product in the shop for 24 hours in part of the body after buying it.

Skin Infection or Health Issue:
There are sometimes we may get it from someone by touching them directly or indirectly or in the worst situation if yo have a disease, virus, cancer, or other help problems. . If you felt your body feel itchy you can go to a dermatologist so you can be in the safe side.

Bites or Sting:
In some occasions we get a bite from some insects in the beach, in the park, or anywhere insects can be found. The treatment can be found in the drug store or home remedies use toothpaste, ice, salt or other things.

Complaining is a bad habit to adopt ; this habit can make you think negatively in many situations and avoid being a positive thinker. This type of conversations can make make people avoid you because they don't enjoy listening to you. There are several ways to stop complaining.

Worst Exception:
There are sometimes when we except more than the result we get so in this way we feel depressed and sad from the result we got; instead of only thinking about the positive things that might happen we also have to except the worst things that might happen in that situation.

Busy:
We see some of our friends do not complain about other peoples and their life situations did you wonder why they are like this; the don't complain because the are busy with other things in their life or think they have other things are more important than complain about things that they see is not important to waste time to talk about it. Try to be busy with things that are more important than complaining.

Less Judgmental:
There are sometimes we don't listen to the half of the story which might make us feel bad about the other person and let us complain about the story we were told. Our mistake we judge people that we met for several times and in my opinion we don't have to think about them because we don't know their stories.

Accept it:
complaining about a situation will not change anything about the events that happened; even if we complain about the people they will not change. We also have to think about people that are more important to us.

complaining will not change anything so you have to be happy for what happen even if it was the opposite off what what we need. As result we can't change anything that had happened

Giving your forgivness



Forgiving someone hurt you by a word or an action can be really difficult to forgive them after what they did to you. Forgiving them can be the best gift you give yourself.

1- .Inner peace
When you forgive someone for something they did or said to you, instead of being angry thinking about that person you will enjoy your day every moment.  

2- No Burden
When you forgive them It is not going to be hard to face the person next time. When you want to ask them for help when you have no other person to ask them. In this way you will feel more comfortable around them  if you saw them in a event, party, mall, or anywhere else.

3- Not Tied Emotion
When you forgive them there will be no anger or bad feeling hold in your heart. When we forgive peoples we might think they might nit feel sorry for what they did so we have to hold these feeling to let them be really sorry but in reality forgiving them can make you feel better.

4- Enjoying Your Time
When you are done from the bad feelings have for that personyou are going to feel free to enjoy you time more. Being joyful is the best choice to make to feel free and happy.

 There are moments we get embarrassed from peoples we know or even strangers. There are things you to feel less embarrassed and will maje you feel relaxed as well.


Deep Breath
Breath slowly it will make you feel more in ease, it may be difficult but it is the best way not to grab other peoples attention. In this way you can be less embrrass in front of the peoples around you.

Funny
When something in your teeth, singing opera loudly, spitting someone face, or anything that can make you not humilitated in front of the peoples. laugh instead of making a big scene and grab peoples attention.

Face it
Why not face the situation? Why it happened? How people think?  Instead of thinking about these questions you can accept what happen because this situation can happen to anyone.

Simple ways for treating dry skin Acne

3 Tips to deal with dry skin Acne:

1-Moistruize

You have to moisturize your skin every time to prevent it from being dry but you have to be careful with the type of the moisturizer best type is sensitive skin moisturizer it is light but it is really effective.

2-  Don't over wash

Over washing your skin you are going to lose the nutrient oils. Try to wash your face the same time you will remove the make up so you don't allow your skin to dry off.

Tomato:
Studies showed that tomato can dry acne by applying slice of tomato in your face

Potato:
Vitamin c in potato can cure the damage caused by sun ray. Vitamin B lighten your skin

Cucumber:
 It is applied as paste to Moisturize and remove extra oils in the skin.

Face mask recipe:

Honey mask:

Honey have antibacterial that help to dry up acne breakout.

Take 1tsp of honey and message it at your skin. Keep it for 10min.
 
Yogurt mask:
Absorb extra oil, kills bacteria, and tighten pores.

Apply yogurt in your skin. Keep it for 10min. (Note, you can add 1tsp of honey as will.

Cooling mask:
Cinnamon reduces inflammation, reediness, and kill acne by drying it out the effected area.
Lemon exfoliate the affected area and lighten the skin

Combine cinnamon, honey, and lemon at the same amount. Mix them in a small bowl then put it at the microwave for few seconds.
